Prof. Ubaldo Comite was born in Cosenza, Italy, June 14, 1971. He has a degree in Law (1994) and Economics (1996) at the University of Messina (Italy) and earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration at the University of Calabria, Rende (Cs) Italy, in 2005. Currently he is a Full professor of Budget and Business Organization at the Faculty of Economy, Department of Business Sciences, University of Calabria. Furthermore, he is a professor of Business Administration and Health Management at the Faculty of Economy, University Giustino Fortunato (Benevento – Italy). His Research interests are: Private and Public Management, non-profit Organizations and Accounting, Health Management.

Professor Agnes Binagwaho is the Vice Chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity, an initiative of Partners In Health focused on changing the way health care is delivered around the world by training the next generation of global health professionals to deliver more equitable, quality health services for all. She is a Rwandan pediatrician who has served the health sector in various high-level government positions, first as the Executive Secretary of Rwanda's National AIDS Control Commission, then as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, and then for five years as Minister of Health. She is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard and serves as Senior Advisor to the Director General of the World Health Organization and is a member of the United States National Academy of Medicine and a fellow of the African Academy of Sciences. With over 150 peer-reviewed publications, her research interests include health equity and human rights, implementation science, and improving care delivery systems

Dr. Tetsuji Yamada is currently a professor of Health Economics for the Department of Economics, an Associate Faculty for the Graduate Faculty of M.A. and Ph.D. programs for the Department of Childhood Studies, and a Research Associate for the Center for Children and Childhood Studies at Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, USA. Dr. Yamada is also a researcher for the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center, Comparative Health Policy Program, Stanford University and for Hosei Institute on Aging, Hosei University in Japan. Prior to his current position at the Rutgers University, Dr. Yamada served as a health economist at the International Leadership Center on Longevity and Society in New York, as a representative of the Japan Economic Federation, as a health economics research associate of the NBER, as a member faculty of the Research Fellows of NBER, as a health economics adviser of the WHO, as a visiting research scholar of the University of Tsukuba (Japan), as a research associate of the Center for the Pacific Basin of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, as an adjunct professor in the Department of Health Economics & Management at the Peking University, an associate professor of Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan. He completed his Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Health Economics from the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York; M.I.A. in International Affairs and Public Policies from Columbia University in New York; and B.A. in Economics from Toyo University in Japan. His numerous publications appear in health and health economics fields. Dr. Yamada has published more than 100 research papers, been internationally active in presenting research papers at various professional conferences, and served an editor, an editorial board member, a referee and a reviewer for professional journals, books and research funding organizations.

Mohamed Eddouks is Professor at Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, Faculty of Sciences and Techniques Errachidia, Morocco. He is a researcher in Physiology and Pharmacology with a Master Degree in Metabolic and Molecular Endocrinology from University of Paris 6, a specialized certificate in Endocrine Pharmacology from University of Paris 7 and PhD degree in Physiology and Pharmacology from University of Liege, Belgium and PhD degree from Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University, Fez, Morocco. After his post-doctoral fellowship at Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine of Montreal, Canada, he is working for the last 25 years on medicinal plants. His research focuses on ethno biological as well as pharmacological issues in the use of Moroccan medicinal plants for the treatment of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and obesity. His contribution to this field includes 6 international books, 6 special issues in the journal: Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine and more than 167 indexed peer-reviewed articles and 23 book chapters of international repute with over 3900 citations and h index (Scopus=32). He is Regional Editor of two International Journals and member of Editorial Board of over 20 international journals. He is classified, by the reputed American database Expertscape, the first expert in the field of medicinal plants in Morocco and the first in the world among the top experts in streptozotocin-induced diabetic animal models (February, 2023). He has been awarded the first Prize of the Federation of Arab Scientific Councils in 2016 and the first Prize of Scientific Research of the Moroccan Association of Research and Development in 2008. He has been classified by the Moroccan National Center of Scientific Research and Technology among the top 3 researchers in the field of Pharmacology based on the scientific publications between 2000 and 2014. He has been the founding Dean of Polydisciplinary Faculty of Errachidia, Morocco from 2008 to 2012 and Vice Dean of Scientific Research and Cooperation at Faculty of Sciences and Techniques Errachidia (2005-2008). He was the supervisor of 14 Ph.D students and 10 have finished their thesis. He has more than 200 participations in National and International congresses. He was also Organizing Committee Member of more than 20 International congresses.

Omar A. Ajaj was born in Iraq, Anbar. He received the M.B.Ch.B. degree in 2009. then joined the Fellowship of Iraqi Council for Medical Specialization at the Institute of pediatric surgery. He received PhD degree in 2017 at the same institution. Obtained the position of an Associate Professor at the Pediatric Surgery/ University of Anbar, College of Medicine. He has worked as Head of Department of pediatric surgery at University of Anbar, College Of Medicine/ Al-Ramadi Children and Maternity Teaching Hospital, Anbar, Iraq. He was involved in the education of medical students and pediatric residents since 2017. He has extensive experience in pediatric surgery and congenital anomalies diagnosis and management. Omar is a reviewer and editorial member of scientific papers for many international journals. He has been speaker and participant in many international conferences. Participant of international training courses and workshops. He has many of articles published in international journals, and his publication H-index is 1. He has been lecturing many continuous medical education courses.

Professor Chevrette has nearly 23 years of clinical experience in 3rd line hospitals, in cardiology and child psychiatry mental health. His doctoral studies focused on the impact of anxiety on the sleep of anxious people. At the university, he is responsible, among other things, for courses in Kinesiology and people with disabilities as well as the course Psychophysiology, mental health and kinesiology.
